At the dawn of the millennium, Caspian Rabone was part of a group of artists, including Rainfield, Altitude, Winnick/Cochran, Greg Gow, Adam Marshall, Jeremy Caulfield and Jake Fairley, that put Toronto on the map as the Canadian techno wave gathered momentum.

He was also responsible for Polaris Records, one of the select labels, such as Blue, Dumb Unit, and Cynosure, launched by the Canadian underground distributor Roundtable.

2017 saw the launch of a new label project - Cement.
