Returns & Refunds

Physical releases (CD, vinyl, tape)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason — this is standard for online purchases in the UK.
To keep this right, physical items need to come back to us unopened and in their original packaging. Like most record labels, we can't accept returns of CDs, vinyl, or tapes once the shrink-wrap has been opened, since we can't resell an unsealed copy.
If you'd like to cancel, let us know within 14 days of receiving your order, then send the item back to us within a further 14 days. Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, return postage is your responsibility — we'd recommend a tracked service, since we can't refund anything lost in transit.
Once we receive your returned item, we'll refund what you paid — including original delivery costs — within 14 days.
Digital releases
Digital downloads and Bandcamp purchases can't be returned once they've been downloaded or streamed — this is how digital content works everywhere online. If you haven't yet accessed a digital purchase, get in touch and we'll sort out a cancellation.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or isn't what you ordered, none of the above applies — contact us and we'll cover return postage and send a replacement or refund, whichever you'd prefer.
How to request a return
Email rednetic@proton.me with your order details and what you'd like to do. We'll get back to you and talk you through the next steps.
