About these terms

Rednetic Recordings ("we", "us", "our") is an independent UK record label. These terms apply whenever you use rednetic.co.uk or buy something from us. By using the site or placing an order, you're agreeing to them.

Using this website

You're welcome to browse, listen, and share links to anything on the site. Please don't scrape, copy, or republish our content, artwork, or catalogue data elsewhere without asking first, and please don't attempt to introduce malicious code, interfere with how the site runs, or use bots or scrapers to harvest data from it.

Demo submissions

If you submit a demo or link to your music through the site, sending it doesn't obligate us to listen, reply, or release it, and we won't treat it as confidential in a way that goes beyond how we'd normally handle any private link you send us. You keep all rights to your own music — submitting it doesn't grant us any rights to use or release it. If we're interested, we'll be in touch to agree terms directly with you.

Links to other sites

The site links to third-party sites we don't control — Bandcamp, YouTube, social media, and artists' own pages among them. We're not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those sites, and linking to them isn't an endorsement of everything on them.

Products and pricing

We do our best to describe and photograph releases accurately, but occasional errors happen — if something's wrong, let us know and we'll sort it out. Prices are shown in GBP (£) at checkout. We're not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to prices.

Stock levels and availability are shown as accurately as we can manage, but on rare occasions a release may sell out between you adding it to your basket and completing checkout — if that happens, we'll contact you before taking payment for that item.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card details — Stripe handles that directly.

Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on what's in your basket and where it's going (UK, Europe, or International). We aim to dispatch physical orders promptly, but delivery times aren't guaranteed, particularly for international orders subject to customs processing.

Intellectual property

All music, artwork, photography, and written content on this site belongs to Rednetic Recordings and/or the respective artists, and is protected by copyright. Buying a release gives you a copy for your own personal listening — it doesn't give you the right to reproduce, redistribute, upload, or resell the music or artwork.

Liability

We provide this website "as is" and do our best to keep it accurate and running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it'll always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that can't legally be limited or excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If a dispute can't be resolved directly with us, you're entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally as the site or how we operate changes. The version that applies to your order is the one in place when you place it.
